There are a lot of people who are quietly making money from TV Shows like Oprah,
etc. They see what topic they are talking about and use Google and other search engines to gather information on the topic/s they are talking about!
They then make a special report or ebook to sell to people who are interested
in what was talked about on these shows. Liz Tommy for one made over Half a million
dollars last year doing this! Listing them on Ebay,etc, and then you are good to go!

We had a bad ice storm again this winter, that makes 3 in a row! But as they said in the movie Pink Submarine, there is profit in confusion and disaster! Snow removeal,take people to stores,house repairs service,etc.
Even if you do not own one of these businesses, you could start a referral service for repair people and get paid a commission for the work they do. There are all types of work, that you can get paid for and not do any of the Work!

Saving on Utilities

You will be surprised how much money you can save, just by making small changes in the way you do things around your house.
1. Change the light bulbs in your house to the new Florescent types. They consume about 75% less energy, than a regular light bulb.
2. Buy your gas early in the morning or late at night. Gas expands as it cools and over a years time, it can add up!
3. In the summer time, especially if you are not at home close the shades. It will keep out the sun and heat. Likewise in the winter it wiil help keep the heat in!
